Establishment
Beyza Metal started its operations as a sand and gravity casting workshop in Bostancı, Istanbul.
Expansion
5 years after our establishment, our production facility was moved from Bostancı to Zeytinburnu in order to increase our capacity.
New Factory
Our production facility was moved from Zeytinburnu to İkitelli in line with the increasing manufacturing demand and the trust created by Beyza Metal’s quality.
- 1978:
Beyza Metal started its operations as a sand and gravity casting workshop in Bostancı, Istanbul.
1980:
The first injection press joined our company.1983:
5 years after our establishment, our production facility was moved from Bostancı to Zeytinburnu in order to increase our capacity.1990:
The first molding room installation took place within our organization.- 1996:
Our production facility was moved from Zeytinburnu to İkitelli in line with the increasing manufacturing demand and the trust created by Beyza Metal’s quality.
2000:
We received our ISO 9001 quality certificate.2008:
A 1000-ton metal injection machine was acquired.2009:
We started working in the automotive industry as Tier 2.2011:
CNC Vertical Machining Center joined us.2012:
Fully automatic casting ladles began to be used.- 2015:
Tapping centers began to be used in machining.
